Tsoi & Associates is a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliant information technology communication platform.  Our organization has signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with our email and data cloud host provider.  We have expert protocol and technology to safeguard your patient PHI (Protected Health Information).  Our services are for our members in Tsoi & Associates only.

We do not provide any commercial, medical, information technology, or legal services to anyone who is not part of Tsoi & Associates.  Please do not contact us for any of these purposes if you are not part of Tsoi & Associates.  Please do not send any patient Protected Health Information to Tsoi & Associates without first verifying a safety protocol with one of the staff at Tsoi & Associates.  You may be in HIPAA violation if you send out any PHI to anyone with the appropriate safety protocol or data protection.  Please refer to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for the information on the safe and compliant methods to handle PHI.  Tsoi & Associates do not give any advices to anyone regarding how to handle PHI data and information related to HIPAA compliance.
